As a long-time admirer of the outstanding work that your organization has done in the community, I would like to offer this proposal to your nonprofit. One To 1 Marketing work with multiple restaurants in South Florida that would like to donate back to the community. That is why we introduce this program Dining for a Cause, it is basic and easy host a dinner or social event at one of our restaurant partners we will donate up to 10% gross sales generated from guest who eat and drink at one of our participating restaurants to your organization. This is an easy and fun way to bring in donations and to promote your nonprofit.
OBJECTIVE
Success of this fundraiser is dependent not only on the information provided, but also on your personnel's skill, effort, and willingness to work as a team.
What we will help you with?

• Assist in planning and implementation of the launch event.
• Available event dates are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from the hours of 6pm-10pm.
• The restaurant will donate a $100.00 gift certificate to raffle on that night
• We will assist your organization with the marketing and promotion for the event.
• Provide an e-flyer to promote the event via newsletters, email blast, facebook, twitter, organization website, bulletin boards, calendar listings, radio public announcements and public relations.
NON-PROFIT RESPONSIBILITIES
This project demands significant involvement by your personnel. Ultimate success is highly dependent on their effort. To help achieve a smooth and successful implementation, it will be your responsibility to perform the following:
• Must provide content for e-flyer such as pictures, logo, and text.
• Dates must be requested at least four weeks in advance. Due to limited availability, schedule as far in advance as possible.
• Must be able to provide a Federal Employer Identification Number of organization. One To 1
• Marketing will not be able to write a check without it!
• Organizations may not distribute flyers on restaurant premises (this includes parking lot). Distributing flyers in this manner will result in the forfeiture of your organization’s entire donation.
• In accordance with our no solicitation policy, organizations are not permitted to display or distribute and signage, pamphlets, or other propaganda for the organization’s scheduled fundraiser on premise of the restaurant.
